"Absolutely the most incompetent insurance office I've ever used. I'm told a different story every time I call. My wife set up the policy and when I called to get access to the app so I can set up auto pay, they tell me I can't because the 6 month policy was paid up front. No big deal. A couple months later, I get an email saying my insurance is about to be canceled for non payment. I call and ask them why a payment is due of the policy was paid up front and they now tell me it wasn't and I have to make a $220 payment by May 23rd. I ask them when and how much is my next payment. They tell me $220 on June 23rd. I get an email today, now saying I owe $600 by June 23rd. These people have no idea how to do their jobs. I would suggest looking elsewhere for insurance."
