"It’s unfortunate that I have to write a review like this, and even more so that I’m having to seek assistance to resolve issues with this insurance agency. My experience has involved false statements, invalid policies, unpaid refunds, and documented instances of both verbal and written dishonesty. The level of disregard for accountability is astounding—this team consistently deflects blame and avoids addressing the issues at hand. I anticipate a response to this review that shifts responsibility yet again. However, substantial evidence has been sent via other channels in hopes of recovering the funds wrongfully withheld, the significant time wasted is lost for good. Even representatives at State Farm have advised me to escalate this matter to official regulatory bodies, which speaks volumes. As a result, State Farm has lost a lifelong customer. I am glad that others have not had the same experience I have and I sincerely hope this is a one off representation of this agency."
