"I’ve never had a problem with Statefarm, usually they are able to work with me. My daughter is going to be 1 year old, July 15th. I am 26 years old trying to make a way of life and pay my bills. This month my insurance rose from $250 to $655 for adding the mother of my child to my policy. With all the bills I have right now this seemed almost impossible. I asked if I could remove her to make ends meet with my bills. The agent said it was fine to remove her and it would lower my policy again… Until I received a call back from her saying that Brandon Jones said it he would not allow it and when I mentioned she only has a permit at the moment, or any reason to remove her. They denied every reason due to “rules” that they have. When I told them “I’m not saying I’m not going to pay it, but what if one month I can’t. It’s just too much. What happens if I just can’t do it, even if I tried.”
They did not have answer… it was silent. The answer they gave me was “sorry”… In a country where freedom and family is first. It hurts to know for trying to do things the right way. My family must suffer. Thank you Brandon Jones. This one is for you."

For someone relocating and having a lot on their plate, it is overwhelming setting all of the different things up. However, with Brandon's assistance it took a huge load off of my shoulders.
